Made from Mangalitsa pork and spices, our salami is cured in cold air and smoked slowly. It's subtle flavours enable this salami to be enjoyed by all - pairs beautifully with a soft cheese, glass of prosecco, or even a fresh loaf of black olive ciabatta.
